The appraisal committee listened to the report of the project development unit, reviewed the relevant technical information, inspected the site, and after questioning and discussion, concluded that:

“R & D and manufacturing of bearings for hydraulic pumps and motors” project, and
The project of “Development and application of localization of ultra-thin-walled high-performance series bearings”, and
“Optimization and Application of Support Roll Bearings for Steel Sheet and Strip Mills
“High precision high speed cold rolling roll seal bearing research and development” project
“Research and application of key technology of HXD1 type AC drive locomotive axlebox bearing” project

“Research and development of precision angular contact ball bearings for high speed and low heat generation electric spindle” project

The appraisal committee considered that these 11 projects are technologically advanced and have independent intellectual property rights, and agreed to pass the appraisal.

“XMW wind turbine gearbox bearing development” project developed for the 7.XMW wind turbine gearbox bearing, research on the contact friction characteristics of the rolling body ball base surface and the inner ring large retaining edge, according to the actual working conditions to determine the roller bus profile and convexity repair amount, put forward the inner ring small retaining edge diameter and cage micro extension calculation method, to ensure The rotational accuracy and stability of the finished bearing were ensured.
The project “Development and industrialisation of new structure, low-friction “E-type” single-row tapered spindle bearings for wind power 8MW” has carried out dynamic simulation analysis of the bearings and developed “E-type” cages. The cage was replaced by bearing steel, and the bainitic quenching process for large wall thickness rings was developed, which shortened the production cycle and improved the bearing’s load capacity.
The project of “Heavy-duty cantilever boring machine spindle bearing research and development” studied the influence of different axial clearance on bearing life, designed the minimum shrinkage of the cage and adjusted the process parameters to improve the service life of the bearing.
The bearings of the three projects have been installed and applied by many customers, showing reliable operation and good results, meeting the requirements of use and realizing the replacement of localization, with significant economic and social benefits.
