At the summit, SKF showcased a series of innovative products and solutions tailored for customers in industries such as railways, machine tools, metallurgy, mining, industrial electrical systems and HVAC (heating and ventilation).

SKF Infinium, a new generation of bearings

SKF Infinium bearings are designed with circulation as the core concept and are designed to maximize the effectiveness of materials. Compared with traditional production methods, it has a longer life cycle and significantly reduces energy and raw material consumption. At the same time, this product can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by up to 90%. Through practical verification in harsh working environments, this innovative model not only brings economic benefits to customers, but also significantly improves the environmental performance of bearings.

Magnetic Bearings for HVAC Solutions

In response to the current situation that buildings emit about 40% of global greenhouse gas emissions, SKF has launched magnetic bearings for high-speed motors in the HVAC industry. They can withstand dynamic loads 1.5 times higher than standard bearings and reduce friction in output shaft bearings by 20%, thereby reducing energy consumption and contributing to sustainable development, redefining the durability and sustainability of railway gearboxes.

SKF hybrid bearings

SKF hybrid ceramic shafts are designed to meet the rapid development trend of electrification and automation. They integrate steel rings and engineering ceramic rolling elements. Compared with all-steel bearings, they can reduce friction by up to 50% and increase operating speed by 25% by optimizing machine design. The characteristics of long life, low energy consumption and low maintenance requirements make it the preferred solution for achieving high efficiency and sustainable development.

UltraFast Series Super Precision Bearings
