High frequency straight seam welded pipe units

Various problems will be encountered during the operation of the high frequency welded pipe unit. The rolling stability of the high frequency welded pipe unit is one of the common problems. The rolling stability problem is the problem that the materials often swing left and right in the raceway during the operation of the high frequency welded pipe machine. It is that a single group of rollers are unsymmetrical, the force on the left is large, and the materials swing to the right; The force on the right is large, and the material swings to the left.

We can solve this problem in three steps: the calculation of the neutral layer in the deformation zone is accurate, the calculation of the material used in the deformation zone is accurate, and the symmetry of the roller processing is good. The non-deformation area shall not be compressed as much as possible (such as the bottom of the slide rail), and the clearance between the upper and lower rollers shall be consistent during assembly. Before the material bites in, the guide bevel shall be set according to the rolling state of the front track of the high-frequency pipe welding machine. Before the material is stably pressed, the material slides smoothly in the rolling.
