Stainless steel bearings

Compared with ordinary bearings, stainless steel bearings not only have obvious advantages in material, but also are more strict in technology and precision control than ordinary bearings. The stainless steel bearing is stable in operation, low in noise, corrosion resistant and widely used. Product characteristics: AISI SUS440C stainless steel (domestic No.: 9Cr18Mo, 9Cr18) is used as the bearing ring and rolling element material, and it is subject to vacuum quenching and tempering treatment. AISI 304 stainless steel (domestic No.: 1Cr18) is used as the cage and sealing ring framework material. Compared with ordinary bearing steel, stainless steel bearings have stronger rust and corrosion resistance. Select appropriate lubricants, dust covers, etc., which can be used at – 60 ℃~+300 ℃. The stainless steel deep groove ball bearing can resist the corrosion caused by moisture and several other media. This type of single-row deep groove ball bearing, like the standard deep groove ball bearing made of carbon chromium (rolling shaft) steel, has a very deep bearing raceway groove, and the fit between the bearing raceway and the ball is very high. Stainless steel bearings are widely used in food processing, medical devices, and pharmaceutical machinery due to their high mechanical strength and large load capacity.
